Paul Kothari

Paul was appointed to the CertifiedMail Advisory Board in May 2000 to provide financial expertise and strategy. He most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of TheStreet.com (NASDAQ: TSCM), until his departure to start Redwood Communications Group, Inc., now The Comstellar Group, with three other partners. Prior to TheStreet.com, Paul was CFO of International Telecommunication Data Systems (ITDS), vice president of finance at Bellcore (now Telcordia), CFO of Greenwich Associates, and held a variety of senior financial positions at Booze Allen and Hamilton. He is a certified public accountant and a member of the American Institute of CPAs.

Kathleen Kinka

Kathleen is a 24-year veteran of senior management positions at Xerox, Digital Equipment Corporation, and the Sarnoff Corporation. She provides expertise in business development, sales, marketing, and management. Kathleen is President of Aurora Management Consultancy, and has commercialized many technologies through forming successful joint ventures, start-ups, and international licensing agreements. She is also a vice president of the International Management Consulting Association and a member of the New Jersey Technology Council.

Allan Cowen

Allan is President of Datamex Technologies, Inc. and a member of the CertifiedMail Board of Advisors since its inception. For 28 years, Datamex Technologies, Inc., has serviced the needs of major Canadian organizations in the financial, healthcare, and industrial sectors as they adopt and integrate new technologies that prove to be strategic to their business. Headquartered in Mississauga, Ontario and with additional branches in Vancouver, Calgary, Ottawa, and Montreal, Datamex is responsible for the introduction of CertifiedMail to the Canadian market.

Robert C Bales

Bob Bales is a serial entrepreneur with more than 30 years' experience in high tech and a knack for spotting trends. In 1989, he co-founded the National Computer Security Association, which later became the International Computer Security Association and for which Bob negotiated a major investment from the GartnerGroup. In 2000, he co-founded PestPatrol, the first commercial anti-spyware company, which he grew to a multi-million dollar business in four years and sold to Computer Associates for $40 million in 2004.
