Affinity Health System selected CertifiedMail and its technology for its HIPAA compliance secure email system. Affinity Health System entered into an agreement on April 30 and the new system is expected to go in production within two weeks at their state of the art data center. Affinity Health System is a Catholic, mission-oriented, regional healthcare network sponsored by Ministry Health Care, Milwaukee, and Wheaton Franciscan Sisters of Wheaton, IL. HealthFirst of Florida has implemented CertifiedMail Server.  HealthFirst was founded in 1995 by local not-for-profit hospitals. It provides a heart program ranked among the nation's top 100, and a cancer program designated by the American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer as a Community Hospital Comprehensive Cancer Program.

Covenant Health System has implemented CertifiedMail for its comprehensive enterprise wide secure messaging requirements for HIPAA compliance. The CertifiedMail Server will be an integrated solution with content filter for real-time HIPAA policy management and securing of the PHI. Covenant Health is a comprehensive health system established in 1996 by the consolidation of Fort Sanders Health System, and MMC HealthCare System, parent company of Methodist Medical Center.

Delta Dental of Massachusetts (now DentaQuest) has implemented the CertifiedMail Managed Service for Encrypted Email for their secure messaging needs and HIPAA compliance. A leader in oral health care, DentaQuest administers dental benefits programs for employers, unions, and associations throughout the northeast.

MEDTAP has selected the CertifiedMail Managed Service for Encrypted Email to secure their global research activities primarily in the healthcare industry. Rite Aid (NYSE: RAD), one of the nation's leading drugstore chains, has selected CertifiedMail Server to provide secure, two way communication between their website visitors and their pharmacists.  The system will be integrated into their existing web portal and legacy mainframe system, and allow them to meet HIPAA e-mail privacy mandates.
