CertifiedMail Secure Email System for Small Business

The CertifiedMail Secure Email System protects sensitive data in transit over the Internet and meets compliance standards as mandated by the privacy requirements of HIPAA, GLBA and SOX regulations. The system's flexible architecture allows the same time-tested code base to be deployed as a Managed Security Service, appliance or as an in-house software license. The zero-footprint design requires no additional software for users or external recipients to send or receive messages securely.

No software is required to send or receive CertifiedMail messages. Client-side integration for both the Managed Security Service and in-house implementations is enabled through the Send Certified button for Microsoft Outlook, Lotus Notes and GroupWise. This enables users to send messages securely by simply clicking "Send Certified".

When used in conjunction with the CertifiedMail Policy Manager (or any third-party policy management software) users can be trained by the system itself as to the type of messages that should be sent by secure means. By enforcing corporate messaging privacy policy at the gateway, messages that require secure transmission are identified and not permitted to be sent in the clear.
